I started my morning with a healthy breakfast of yogurt and mango, followed by a grueling ride on my mountain bike to the bushland. I was obviously feeling a bit overly ambitious this morning and didn’t give myself proper time to shake the morning groggy feeling OR let my food digest. Between the heat and the extreme hill climbs, I thought I might die by the time I was there. I’ve been exhausted, but felt extremely healthy and fit (obviously a mind trick) for the rest of the day. I even made chicken stir fry for lunch.
